Cancellation Policy

I require that you contact me before booking any of my services. Please email me at intuitivetwinflame@gmail.com and let me know what your request date and time is. Once we agree on a date and time I will then let you know that you can book. Any booking form submitted prior to contacting me first will not be guaranteed. I will refund your payment if we cant find a good time and date for both of us. If you cancel less then 24 hours prior to your appointment without rescheduling I will take a 50% inconvenience fee unless you have an emergency situation.
